Meniscal CystMeniscal cysts arise in response to trauma or degeneration of the meniscus and are most
commonly seen is association with horizontal cleavage tears, as in the example below. Here
a small (5mm) cyst is seen pouching from the medial aspect of the medial meniscus deep to
